Aesthetic restoration

Estetinis plombavimas

Aesthetic restoration – is the most saving teeth restoring method, which preserves the maximum of hard tissues of the tooth, teeth remain viable. Tooth tissue layers, transparency, depth and form are fully restored and naturally formed.

During aesthetic restoration, layer by layer all possible internal particles are restored.

It is noticed in clinical practice, that the restoration carried out in bright dental lamp light, occasionally looks completely different when the light source changes. Therefore, while using restorative materials, the final restorations, closest to natural dental tissues, corresponding to the color components of the tooth, are possible.

With the help of this material such small and large restorations can be made:

- Veneers;

- Full and partial coatings of vestibule surface;

- Cosmetic dental form corrections in the cases of fractures, wear, defective, underdeveloped tooth crowns;

- Combined and complex restorations;

- All classes of cavity restoration;

- Fissure hermetisation;

- Restoration of the post and core.

It is also used in order to get the direct restorations and natural aesthetics of both – the front teeth and molars.

The possible durable direct restorations allow to access and preserve the typical characteristics of natural teeth for a long time and contain the materials that simulate dentin and enamel. Each of these materials has different optical properties, which are specific to the natural tooth tissues.

Aesthetic restoration using modern composite systems (helium fillings), requires precise cavity preparation, appropriate method of stratification, the use of materials with special optical properties, and also careful finishing and polishing, that allow to give the surface of the restoration the properties, which are characteristic of the natural tooth surface.
